The authors have intended this book to be a preparatory guide for Undergraduate and Post Graduate Examinations in Orthodontics. The book is divided in to 26 chapters, with equal emphasis given to all chapters. The paperback version includes the name of reference books, which a student should look for to gain a thorough insight into the topic, along with the explanations. After each question and options available, correct answers have been provided with references and explanations. This makes the answer more authentic and helps the reader to understand the conceptual aspect of the answer. Monochromatic diagrams, flowchart, tables, radiographs and some poor resolution clinical photographs (which can be improved upon), to make the understanding of the orthodontic concept simple and easy support explanations. At the end of each chapter “high yield fact” is another feature of this book; this section contains important points/ facts about that particular chapter/section. This will enable the reader to review the chapter conveniently in short duration of time.

There is no denying the fact that a lot of effort has gone into this exhaustive compilation. The book is an asset to the orthodontic aspirant, as a lot of theoretical and clinical facets have been covered.
